I'm so proud to be able to include my family into my business! Here is my son Colt Russell, employee of the day/week/month/year, accepting his certificate of appreciation. You might be asking why he is wearing his mask for the picture, and it turns out that 4 year old boys are crazy/funny/silly all at the same time! His spunkiness is what keeps this company striving to be great! I look forward to seeing the birdhouse he builds, since his drawings often include three levels of stairs but only one hole to enter! :D
