I'm proud to say that Walz Engineering is a family oriented company first and foremost. I've got the best employees that anyone can ask for! Thank you to the children of the Walz Family for all of your help with your Mom and Dad's business!
Oh, and in case you didn't know; you must start slow with charts and diagrams to give your employees a visual description of how to do their jobs. It might not be an ANDON board, but at the least my employees (kids) will know that righty-tighty/lefty-loosy we all learned many years ago!
